We are seeking an experienced and creaƟve MarkeƟng ExecuƟve to drive our brand visibility, lead generaƟon, and overall markeƟng strategy execuƟon. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of tradiƟonal and digital markeƟng channels, with hands-on experience in campaign management, content development, and data analysis.

 Key ResponsibiliƟes:

  Develop and execute markeƟng plans aligned with overall business objecƟves.

  Plan, run, and evaluate markeƟng campaigns across various plaƞorms (digital, print, social media, etc.). 

 Manage markeƟng budgets to ensure opƟmal spend and maximum ROI. 

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to idenƟfy areas of improvement.

  Create and manage markeƟng materials including brochures, website content, and social media posts. 

 Coordinate and track WhatsApp markeƟng and IVR call campaigns. 

 Stay updated with the latest markeƟng trends, technologies, and best pracƟces.

 Required Skills & QualificaƟons:

  Minimum 2 years of experience in markeƟng (preferably in real estate or related sectors). 

 Graduate in MarkeƟng, Business, or a related field. 

 Strong knowledge of markeƟng strategies, market trends, and campaign planning. 

 Excellent wriƩen and verbal communicaƟon skills. 

 Strong organizaƟonal and project management abiliƟes. 

 Proficiency in markeƟng tools, digital plaƞorms, and basic design/content tools is an added advantage.
