Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise the installation of mechanical systems, pressure vessels, and tanks at client sites.
 Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure installations are executed according to schedule and technical specifications.
 Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during installations.
 Conduct site assessments, prepare installation reports, and recommend improvements when necessary.
 Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring all equipment meets quality standards before installation.
 Perform routine inspections to ensure all installations comply with safety and quality regulations.
 Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and resolve technical issues.
 Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians as needed.
 Ensure the site team follows safety protocols and maintains the highest safety standards during the installation process.
 Comfortable with frequent travel for site visits within India and abroad.
Skills & Qualifications:
 Education: B.E. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
 Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in mechanical installations, particularly in pressure vessels and tank projects.
 Strong expertise in fabrication, welding, installation of pressure vessels, and tank systems.
 Familiarity with site management and supervision during the installation phase.
 Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control in mechanical installations.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and project teams.
 Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, both within India and internationally.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
 Project management skills will be an added advantage.
