1. He will be responsible for Process & Production.
 

2. Handle a team of 5-7 members (Workmen).
 

3. To Manage Production & Execute Strategic Plan related to Production.
 

4. Should have sound knowledge of ISO / IATF systems & ERP process
 

5. Should have sound knowledge in high temperature and pressure reactions.
 

6. A sound knowledge in chemical reactions and kinetics is desirable.
 

7. Co-Ordination with Purchase / Planning /Sales For all production activities
 

8. Should have good planning capabilities, leadership qualities, communication
 

and inter personal skills.
 

9. Knowledge & experience in Production process in a batch process chemical
 

plant would be ideal.
 

10. Producing all the batches as per the batch plan & schedules.
 

11. Ensuring all the 5 S activities are carried out & ensuring ZERO –SPILLAGE during
 

production operations.
 

12. Charging of Base Oils to batches & following the steps of production process per
 

the SOP/Batch card.
 

13. Entering Outputs & issuing of labels of finished products in ERP.
 

14. Interacting with other departments like QA, Warehouse/Stores, planning to ensure
 

timely actions & uninterrupted flow of process.
 

15. Batch Operations (both manual & DCS preferred)
