Work Days: 6 days/week | Rotational Offs

CTC: ₹25,000/month + ₹1,000 incentive per vehicle sold

Job Overview:
We are  hiring Business Managers to lead showroom sales and customer
engagement across India. This is a frontline role involving direct sales, in-store
operations, and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Interact with walk-in customers, drive sales closures, and achieve monthly sales
targets by improving footfall-to-sale conversion
 Execute ATL/BTL activities to enhance local brand presence
 Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) for lead and task management
 Ensure 100+ connected calls/day using Tata Tele or similar software
 Maintain a Google rating of 4.5+ with at least one review daily
 Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
 Maintain overall store hygiene, test ride bike upkeep, and accessory display

Requirements:
 2–5 years of showroom sales/management experience (preferably in 2W auto)
 Strong communication and customer handling skills
 Familiar with ATL/BTL execution and sales tracking
 Comfortable with rotational shifts and extended hours when needed
