Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: Brand trainee

Salary - Upto 15 k 

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide product knowledge on styles, sizes, fabric types, and fit of men’s undergarments.

Help customers find the right size and type of garment based on their needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Process sales transactions using POS systems.

Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

Handle customer returns and complaints effectively.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.

Qualification : 

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or sales experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence discussing intimate apparel with customers professionally.

Customer-first attitude with a focus on satisfaction and trust.
