Job Description:

1. To arrange pickups and constant follow up of every shipment through phone calls,messages, what’s app and emails from internal team and convey the fresh updation to customers. 
2. To Prepare MIS report for customer’s updation. 
3. To maintain data of short and damaged shipment and escalate the same via emails.

5. To provide indent mails to billing team 
6. To take follow up for approval of special movement and weight from customer
