Job Overview

As a Team Leader – Modern Trade Pharmacies, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and managing a team of representatives while establishing strong relationships with pharmacy chains to promote Whole leaf’s unique wellness products.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to meet sales targets.

Develop and sustain relationships with modern trade pharmacy chains.

Execute sales strategies to enhance market penetration.

Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic input.

Conduct regular training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Provide timely reports and updates to senior management.

 Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of field sales experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

 Compensation:

Take-Home Salary: ₹40,000 per month (depending on last drawn CTC)
