Key Responsibilities:
Design and Project Management
 Lead and manage end-to-end design processes for multiple projects.
 Provide creative direction, technical input, and project oversight.
 Supervise and mentor junior designers/assistants.
 Ensure timely delivery of design outputs aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.
Client and Stakeholder Communication
 Represent the design team in meetings with clients, consultants, and architects.
 Take the lead in client interactions, especially in the absence of the Team Leader.
 Communicate effectively in English and the national/local language as required.
General Requirements
 Maintain the highest standards of design quality and professional responsibility.
 Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Work Ethics and Commitment
 Maintain a regular and punctual presence in the office, with at least 99% attendance.
 Be prepared to work overtime during critical project stages or as directed by leadership.
 Take initiative to extend working hours in the event of project delays or missed deadlines.
 Exhibit a proactive, disciplined work ethic and set a positive example for junior team members.
Compensation and Benefits
 CTC: ₹13 Lakhs per annum
