Collaborating with both the operations and business development teams to ensure applications are completed in a timely manner • Ability to identify and make recommendations for approval policy exceptions. • Partnering with credit and operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize application and credit processes through automation. • Analysing borrower data and trends while bringing a continuous improvement mind-set to deliver a better experience and scale our operations • Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers. • Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations. • Analysing and mitigating risks on new as well as existing customers. • Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels • Support development of Credit Scorecards, Risk Models & auto-approval mechanisms • Reviewing and updating the company’s credit policy • Minimal rework/errors as part of underwriting quality • Maintaining TAT as per guidelines • Handling & Monitoring the Performance of the Credit Team • Prepare CAM Report
