    New Business Development 
    Sustaining of Existing customers 
    Contracts and Agreements with the customers 
    Renewal of Contracts 
    Renewal of business with lost Customers 
    Payment collection from customers 
    Coordination with customer service and operations for Redressal of any complaint from customers 
    Generation of Leads and closures of sales contracts with prospect customers. 
    Courtesy visits to all Existing Customers and Client Tour.
