Key Responsibilities:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Estimation:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  Review and analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for commercial, industrial, and residential MEP projects.
Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Conduct site visits (if required) to understand project scope and constraints.
Coordinate with procurement teams for updated material and vendor prices.
Evaluate and interpret BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
Identify value engineering alternatives to reduce costs without compromising quality.

Sales:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Support the sales process by providing technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and consultants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand market demands and client requirements.
Assist in pre-qualification submissions and bid strategies.
Participate in client meetings and negotiations to finalize offers.

Technical & Coordination:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and clarification documents.
Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, civil) to ensure integrated estimation.
Stay updated with local codes, standards (IEC, DEWA, etc.), and vendor specifications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–6 years of experience in electrical estimation and sales in the MEP industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and estimation software (like CCS Candy, PlanSwift, or similar).
Strong understanding of LV & MV electrical systems, ELV, lighting, power distribution, and panel boards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
