We are seeking Coordinators and Assistant Managers – Placements to join our growing Placement Department. This role involves active coordination with HR teams from partner companies to facilitate successful student and candidate placements. The position is B2B-focused, ideal for professionals who can build strong hiring pipelines and employer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with HR teams of domestic and international companies to secure job opportunities for trained candidates. • Coordinate and manage placement drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring campaigns. • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and placement agencies. • Maintain and update the candidate database with training, interview, and placement status. • Ensure smooth communication between internal training teams and employer partners. • Handle end-to-end recruitment logistics—from sourcing to onboarding. • Conduct post-placement follow-ups to assess job satisfaction and retention. Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Graduate in any discipline • Experience: 2 to 5 years in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations • Skills & Competencies: o Excellent communication and negotiation skills o Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and candidate tracking o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills o Understanding of recruitment in sectors such as drones, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and skill development
