Position: Sales Coordinator Or Backend Operation

Location: Gurgaon Sector 18

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Budget : 30 to 35K (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and updates

Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and dashboards

Process sales orders, invoices, dispatch details, and delivery tracking

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes

Follow up with customers regarding payments, product delivery, and feedback

Liaise with logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Respond to internal and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, and other sales-related documents

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or purchase teams

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:

Any Graduate
3–7 years of experience in sales coordination or backend operations
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or CRM experience is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Team player with a positive and problem-solving attitude
