Key Responsibilities:  End-to-end recruitment for various roles (blue-collar and white-collar).  Plan and execute bulk hiring drives across locations.  Handle vendor management and coordination with recruitment partners.  Screen, interview, and onboard candidates as per company requirements.  Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.  Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance norms.
