Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager – Accounts Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounts Location: Gurgaon Salary Package: ₹4 to ₹6 LPA depends on interview Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, Masters in Finance Preference: Candidates from the NBFC sector & immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
1. Assignment, Securitization & Co-Lending Portfolio Management
 Lead the management of assignment, securitization pools, and co-lending transactions.
 Review covenants of agreements and ensure compliance.
 Analysis collection and payment flows.
 Conduct pre and post General Ledger (GL) closure analysis.
 Prepare and reconcile monthly MIS for trustees and partners.
2. Monthly Reporting & Financial Statement Preparation
 Generate monthly collection reports for trustees/parties.
 Prepare workings for financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including:
o Income deferment
o Amortization of borrowing costs
o Interest accruals
 Reconcile GL entries related to assignment and securitization transactions.
3. Co-Lending Loan Assignment
 Compile monthly demand and collection reports.
 Review and ensure adherence to agreement covenants.
4. ARC Pool Management
 Oversee ARC pool collections and reporting.
 Coordinate regularly with trustees for fund flow and collection status.
5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
 Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including:
o Filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
o GSTR-2A & 2B reconciliation to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC)
 Prepare and file TDS returns.
 Handle TDS reimbursement processes and vendor reconciliation.
