Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager – Accounts Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounts Location: Gurgaon Salary Package: ₹4 to ₹6 LPA depends on interview Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, Masters in Finance Preference: Candidates from the NBFC sector & immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
1. Assignment, Securitization & Co-Lending Portfolio Management
Lead the management of assignment, securitization pools, and co-lending transactions.
Review covenants of agreements and ensure compliance.
Analysis collection and payment flows.
Conduct pre and post General Ledger (GL) closure analysis.
Prepare and reconcile monthly MIS for trustees and partners.
2. Monthly Reporting & Financial Statement Preparation
Generate monthly collection reports for trustees/parties.
Prepare workings for financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including:
o Income deferment
o Amortization of borrowing costs
o Interest accruals
Reconcile GL entries related to assignment and securitization transactions.
3. Co-Lending Loan Assignment
Compile monthly demand and collection reports.
Review and ensure adherence to agreement covenants.
4. ARC Pool Management
Oversee ARC pool collections and reporting.
Coordinate regularly with trustees for fund flow and collection status.
5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including:
o Filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
o GSTR-2A & 2B reconciliation to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC)
Prepare and file TDS returns.
Handle TDS reimbursement processes and vendor reconciliation.
