Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Collection Officers to manage and recover overdue payments from customers across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda. The role involves field visits, customer coordination, and ensuring timely collections within a defined geographical area. Key Responsibilities:  Visit customers for payment collections in the assigned territory (100–200 KM travel radius).  Follow up on overdue accounts through field visits, calls, and coordination.  Negotiate and resolve payment issues with customers professionally.  Maintain daily MIS reports and update the system with collection status.  Coordinate with internal teams for payment reconciliation and settlements.  Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.  Meet monthly collection targets and performance KPIs. Requirements:  Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or recovery (NBFC, fintech, banking preferred).  Familiarity with local geography of Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda.  Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.  Willingness to travel extensively.  Ability to work independently and under pressure.  Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
