Salary upto 12lpa

Location-Mumbai

Duties and responsibilities

1. Should be able to handle the doc team independently.

2. Handling day to day operational issue.

3. Addressing the queries raised by the clients.

4. Addressing the issues escalated by customer service / documentation team.

5. Need to have good repo with operational person of all the lines at port and in office

6. Need to have good repo with the sales / custom service of all the lines.

7. Able to resolve any operational issues independently.

8. Should be available 24 hrs to address the issues arise at Nhavasheva /Mundra / Hazira

9. Should be able to resolve disputes with the line

10. Should monitor the B/L release report and ensure that B/L’s are released as per TAT.

11. Should monitor the daily status & Reporting to Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Should have full knowledge of Import freight forwarding.

2. Should have full knowledge of IGM filling as per latest SCMTR rules & Regulations.

3. Should also have pricing knowledge for both Export & Import.

4. Should have choice of CFS & DTD Knowledge.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Should have prior experience of handling of team.

7. Should have good knowledge of custom clearance procedures.

Qualifications

MBA/Bachelor’s degree from a University.
