Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Company: Unimark Group Location: Kolkata Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience: 4 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities:  Supervise all electrical works at residential/commercial real estate project sites.  Ensure timely execution of electrical installations like LT/HT panels, wiring, cabling, earthing, lighting, fire alarm systems, DG sets, and elevators.  Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to meet project deadlines.  Conduct routine inspections and ensure adherence to electrical safety norms and IS standards.  Prepare BOQ, material requirement sheets, and track inventory for electrical works.  Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality as per specifications.  Support in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.  Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including CESC, CEIG, and other local authorities.  Maintain all relevant documentation and daily progress reports (DPRs).  Provide technical support for MEP coordination at the project site. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.  4–5 years of site experience in real estate construction (residential/commercial high-rises preferred).  Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, and load calculations.  Familiarity with site execution practices and electrical safety standards.  Good communication and coordination skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
