Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Speedioo. The

The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads and convert them into sales. This is a

performance-oriented role focused on achieving targets, with no involvement in customer service or

support tasks. We prefer candidate form real estate,insurance, ecommerce , telecom, automobile

industry


Key Responsibilities:


● Contact potential customers from provided leads and pitch Speedioo’s offerings

effectively.

● Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to close sales.

● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead engagement.

● Maintain detailed records of calls and sales conversions in the CRM system.

● Follow up with prospective clients to nurture and close leads.

● Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to enhance performance.


Qualifications & Skills:


● Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales (mandatory).

● Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident and professional tone.

● Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.

● Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and can speak in Hindi & Marathi.
