Project ImplementaƟon:  Coordinate and execute end-to-end installaƟon and commissioning of CCTV and ACS projects at client sites.  Conduct site surveys, finalize BOQs, and validate the design based on real-world requirements.  Supervise installaƟon teams and vendors to ensure adherence to Ɵmelines and quality standards.  Ensure proper configuraƟon of cameras, NVRs, VMS plaƞorms, access control panels, readers, and soŌware.  Conduct system tesƟng, client training, and handover documentaƟon. Technical Support & Maintenance:  Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for exisƟng CCTV and ACS installaƟons.  Handle fault diagnosis, remote troubleshooƟng, firmware upgrades, and performance tuning.  Coordinate AMC acƟviƟes including prevenƟve maintenance, health checks, and support logs.  Liaise with OEMs and internal escalaƟon teams for advanced issue resoluƟon. DocumentaƟon & ReporƟng:  Maintain accurate documentaƟon of system configuraƟons, network diagrams, and change logs.  Generate weekly and monthly reports on Ɵcket closures, system upƟme, and support cases.
