Job Title: Counselor – HR & Overseas Recruitment

Location: Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam Department: HR & Overseas Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

 Counsel and guide students and job applicants regarding overseas employment and study opportunities.

 Handle HR screening and pre-selection of candidates for international placements.

 Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on the requirements of overseas employers and institutions.

 Maintain a database of applicants and track their application, interview, and placement progress.

 Provide guidance on documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements for overseas employment/study.

 Coordinate with international partners, universities, or employers for job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.

 Conduct orientation and counseling sessions for selected candidates to prepare them for overseas transitions.
