JD : -Responsible for the packing, handling, inspection, and preparation of Baleno car doors (including trims, weather-strips, hinges, and accessories) for dispatch, assembly, or customer delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and company standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Inspect Baleno doors for defects, scratches, dents, or misalignments before packing.

* Apply protective films, padding, and door packers (foam, rubber, or corrugated protectors) to prevent damage during transport.

* Ensure all door components (locks, handles, speakers, glass, seals) are fitted and tested before packing.

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging automotive components.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

* Operate basic tools, packing machines, and lifting equipment safely.

* Collaborate with QC (Quality Control) to resolve any defects before shipping.

* Keep records of packed units and update inventory systems.

* Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times.

**Skills & Requirements:**

* Knowledge of automotive parts, especially car door assemblies.

* Basic mechanical aptitude.

* Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

* Physical stamina for lifting and handling heavy parts.

* Familiarity with packing materials and techniques.

* Teamwork and communication skills.

**Work Environment:**

* Typically in a factory, warehouse, or automotive workshop.
