Job Summary:

We are seeking an ITI-certified technician to handle the installation, maintenance,

and repair of equipment at client sites. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving

abilities, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

 Basic understanding of tools and software relevant to diagnostics and repair.

 Install, test, and set up machinery and equipment.

 Conduct maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

 Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage.

 Document all services performed and communicate with the Service Manager.

 Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and team

members.

Skills:

 Skills: Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and customer

communication.

 Travel: Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
