Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the chemical process industry and proven experience in marketing industrial products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in the domestic market

 Generate leads and drive sales for distillation systems, pressure vessels, and other chemical process equipment

 Conduct client visits to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions

 Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to develop customized proposals

 Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

 Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support

 Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E. Chemical)

 4–8 years of relevant experience in distillation, pressure vessel fabrication, or chemical process industries

 Strong understanding of process engineering and technical marketing

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

 Ability to understand customer pain points and offer practical engineering solutions
