Perform detailed mechanical calculations for pressure vessel design, including loads, stresses, and forces.  Design vessels, including material selection, estimation of dimensions, wall thickness, flanges, connections, and support structures.  Ensure compliance with ASME, IS, and other international codes and standards.  Prepare and review engineering drawings, design documents, and technical specifications.  Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.  Conduct testing and analysis to verify designs and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.  Utilize design and analysis software tools for pressure vessel engineering.  Provide technical support during fabrication, inspection, and installation phases.
