About the Role

At Aminu, everything begins with how we understand skin — not just on the surface, but at its root. That

depth shapes everything from our formulations to our conversations.

We’re looking for a Product & Training Specialist who brings together skin science, storytelling, and

emotional intelligence — someone who can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging sessions that

inspire therapists and build long-term advocacy for Aminu. This isn’t just a training role. You’ll be the face of

Aminu in the field — the person therapists remember, learn from, and look forward to seeing again.

What you will be doing?

As a key member of our Technical Education Team, you'll work closely with the Senior Training Manager,

Marketing Team, and the Co-founder to drive deeper understanding and stronger advocacy across our

partner network.

Conduct hands-on demos and training sessions for Aminu’s homecare products and professional

treatments

Lead onboarding sessions and refresher trainings for partner salons across South India

Represent Aminu in meetings with salon decision-makers to introduce the brand and its approach

Work closely with Account Managers and the Senior Training Manager to align training efforts with

business growth

Customize education styles and content based on the audience — whether you're speaking to

therapists, clinic leads, or senior management

Provide regular feedback from the field to help shape future training and product strategies

travelling within the south region for work.

Base location: Work from home when not in the field

| Travel: Required across the South India region |

Office HQ: Kandivali West, Mumbai

| Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM |

Compensation: Open for discussion based on experience
