Position: Operation Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

 Support & assist Operation Manager.

 Coordination with site team and taking daily updates and recording the same.

 Preparing DSR, WSR & MSR and submission to operation manager.

 Track daily progress and share updates through regular reports.

 Raise concern for any delay or improper working at site.

 Handle all service-related documents and help with billing.

 Preparing maintenance schedule & checklist.

 Manage service contracts and make sure maintenance is going on as per schedule.

 Coordination with other departments to complete the task on time.

 Keep track of spare parts and tools, consumables needed for service work on daily basis.

 Keep track of equipment availability, system availability, upgradation of equipment.

 Keeping records for due overhauling & all breakdown repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

 Experience: 2–3 years in Service sector

 Knowledge of Electromechanical equipment ( HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps,

AHU and other rotatory equipment).
