Job Description:

A **Store Manager** typically oversees the operations of a retail outlet or e-commerce store that specializes in selling health-related products. These can include supplements, vitamins, organic foods, fitness products, and sometimes medical supplies. The role may vary depending on whether the store is physical, online, or a combination of both.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Store Operations Management**


* Supervise daily store activities (inventory, sales, customer service).

* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.


2. **Inventory & Stock Control**


* Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.

* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Ensure expiration dates and product quality standards are checked regularly.


3. **Team Leadership**


* Hire, train, and manage store staff.

* Schedule shifts and delegate tasks.

* Motivate the team to meet sales and customer service goals.


4. **Sales & Customer Service**


* Ensure excellent customer experience.

* Address customer complaints or queries effectively.

* Monitor and improve sales performance.


5. **Marketing & Promotions**


* Implement in-store promotions and online campaigns (if applicable).

* Collaborate with marketing teams for digital marketing strategies.

* Promote loyalty programs or seasonal offers.


6. **Reporting & Financials**


* Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

* Prepare reports for management.

* Ensure cash handling and billing processes are accurate and secure.


7. **Compliance & Knowledge**


* Stay updated on health product regulations and trends.

* Ensure products meet legal and health standards.

* Train staff on product knowledge (especially if supplements or regulated items are sold).


Skills Required:


* Strong leadership and organizational skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Knowledge of health and wellness products

* Inventory and supply chain management

* Sales and retail marketing experience

* Familiarity with POS systems and retail software

* Basic understanding of financial reporting


Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a health-related field

* 2+ years of experience in retail management (preferably in health/wellness)

* Certifications in nutrition, pharmacy, or health products (optional but advantageous)
