Divine Vision Infratech PVT LTD Purchase Coordinator: Job Description We are looking for a skilled Purchase Coordinator with over 3 years of experience to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support our purchasing operations efficiently. Responsibilities  Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely procurement of materials.  Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions.  Track order status, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.  Maintain and update records of all purchases, pricing, and deliveries.  Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery.  Assist in vendor development and sourcing of alternate suppliers.  Handle purchase documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.  Communicate regularly with accounts and stores for payment and stock updates.  Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requirements as needed.  Support the Purchase Manager in strategic procurement decisions. Requirement  Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement coordination.  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and purchase software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred).  Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.  Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management processes.
