*Job Title:* Store Manager

*Department:* Supply Chain / Warehouse

*Reporting To:* Plant Head / Supply Chain Manager

To oversee and manage the entire store and inventory operations for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables, ensuring optimum stock levels, accurate documentation, and efficient movement of materials in a manufacturing environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Inventory Management:*

* Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

* Implement FIFO/FEFO practices.

* Minimize stock variances through daily, monthly, and annual physical verification.

2. *Warehouse Operations:*

* Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

* Monitor shelf-life of perishable items.

* Ensure proper labeling, binning, and stacking of materials.

3. *Documentation and Compliance:*

* Maintain accurate GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and system entries (SAP/ERP).

* Comply with safety and quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).

4. *Team Management:*

* Lead and supervise warehouse staff.

* Plan shifts and manage workload distribution.

5. *Coordination:*

* Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and Dispatch departments.

* Support internal and external audits.

6. *Safety and Housekeeping:*

* Enforce 5S and safety standards.

* Monitor fire safety and cleanliness of the store premises.

*Qualifications and Experience:*

* Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in a similar role in FMCG/Manufacturing.

* Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.

* Knowledge of inventory control methods.
