Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.  Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career pages.  Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job fairs, etc.).  Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.  Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.  Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all candidate records are updated.  Provide timely communication to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.  Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.  Generate recruitment reports and metrics for internal use.  Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices.
