Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Ensure excellent patient experience through efficient service delivery. Maintain compliance with medical, legal, and safety standards. Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and administrative staff for seamless workflow. Monitor inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance. Handle billing, cash flow, and financial reporting. Drive revenue growth by promoting diagnostic packages and services. Address patient queries, complaints, and ensure high service quality. Prepare periodic reports for management review. *Qualifications & Skills:* Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Knowledge of diagnostic services, NABL/NABH standards (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
