Job Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.

● Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.

● Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

● Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

● Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

● Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

● Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on field service.

● Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

● Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.

● Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

● Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.

● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

● Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

● Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
