Key Responsibilities

Accounts Finalisation:

* Manage and oversee the full accounts finalisation process (monthly, quarterly, annually).

* Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

GST & Taxation:

* Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

* Reconcile GST input and output data.

* Stay updated with GST regulations and ensure timely compliance.

Banking & Finance Management:

* Handle banking transactions, fund flow, cash flow, and working capital management.

* Liaise with banks for loans, limits, and day-to-day operations.

* Monitor and manage payments, receivables, and treasury functions.

MIS & Reporting:

* Prepare monthly MIS reports for management, including P\&L, balance sheet, cost analysis, variance reports, etc.

* Analyze financial performance and provide insights for operational improvements.

* Coordinate with other departments for data collection and reporting accuracy.

Required Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of accounts finalisation procedures.

* Hands-on experience in GST compliance and filings.

* Hands-on experience in Import / Exports documentation handling.

* Exposure to banking and financial operations management including Import / Exports document lodgement processes.

* Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports relevant to manufacturing operations.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent).

* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing unit.

Preferred Skills:

* Working knowledge of ERP systems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
