Responsibilities

 Sales & Counselling  Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.  Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.  Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.  Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.  Achieve individual sales targets consistently.  Team Support  Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.  Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.  Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.  Reporting & Strategy  Track individual and team performance, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead conversion.  Work with marketing and content teams to improve lead nurturing strategies and campaign efficiency.  Suggest improvements to sales scripts and FAQ resources based on client feedback and performance metrics.
