Qualifications & Skills:  Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.  Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital operations.  Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.  Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.  Knowledge of diagnostic services, NABL/NABH standards (preferred).  Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
