Roles & Responsibilities: ● Attend and resolve daily complaints and service requests from dealers and customers. ● Manage operations of warranty, service contracts, and spare parts handling. ● Ensure excellent Turn Around Time (TAT) and uphold high service quality standards. ● Provide guidance in after-sales support, including technical troubleshooting and solution-oriented service. ● Deliver accurate diagnosis and cost estimation for vehicle-related issues.
