Responsibilities Sales & Counselling Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs. Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background. Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively. Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Achieve individual sales targets consistently. Team Support Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales. Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs. Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices. Reporting & Strategy Track individual and team performance, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead conversion. Work with marketing and content teams to improve lead nurturing strategies and campaign efficiency. Suggest improvements to sales scripts and FAQ resources based on client feedback and performance metrics.
