Key Responsibilities  Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.  Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and glazing projects.  Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.  Conduct material take-offs and evaluate project requirements.  Develop and maintain a cost database for façade-related works.  Work closely with design and engineering teams to align estimates with project scope.  Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure accuracy in all submissions.  Support project negotiations and client discussions with accurate cost breakdowns.  Monitor industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitive edge.  Lead and mentor junior estimators in the team.
