Job Description:

Position: HR Admin / HR Executive – Plant Operations Department: Human Resources

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

🧩 Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management  Manage onboarding and induction for new plant employees and contract workers.  Maintain updated employee records (attendance, leave, transfers, exit formalities).  Handle contract labor onboarding and related documentation. 2. Attendance and Payroll Support  Monitor and maintain daily attendance and shift rosters.  Coordinate with payroll team/vendors for timely salary processing.  Manage biometric system updates and exceptions (leave, overtime, etc.). 3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements  Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.).  Coordinate with labor contractors for documentation and statutory compliance.  Support audits (internal, statutory, and third-party). 4. Employee Relations & Engagement  Address shop-floor grievances and escalate unresolved issues.  Assist in training sessions, safety drills, and employee engagement activities.  Conduct feedback sessions and maintain disciplinary records. 5. HR Administration  Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, etc.).  Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.).  Support HR Manager in HR policy implementation at plant level. 🧩 Required Skills and Qualifications Education  Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com/B.A/B.Sc) with specialization in HR, OR  MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) Experience  3–5 years of HR/Admin experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment Key Skills  Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance  Excellent administrative and documentation skills  Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
