● Strong time management, Ticket Management, Task Management and organisational skills with the ability to work well in a group. This role requires someone that can work well under pressure, be hands on and has a flexible approach to working hours (when required). ● Problem solving, flexibility and maintaining professional standards when under pressure are key features required. ● An ability to take projects from concept to completion and an ability to be highly creative and think practically ● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills ● Flexible approach to work, but highly committed. This project requires an organised person capable of maintaining accuracy and who has the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. ● Understanding of software development methodologies: The Project Manager should have an in-depth knowledge of various software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc. to choose the best one for the project based on the project requirements ● Programming languages and technologies: While a Project Manager is not expected to code, they need to have a basic understanding of programming languages and technologies used in the software development process. This includes languages like Java, Python, C++, .NET, etc. as well as technologies like databases, web servers, and other related tools. ● Quality assurance and testing: The Project Manager should have knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes, including automated testing tools, performance testing, user acceptance testing, and bug tracking
