Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various clients and industries.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
3. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
7. Work closely with team leads/managers to understand job requirements.
8. Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
