Job Description:

Company Details- • Company Name- AITMC Ventures Ltd • Location- 251, Udyog Vihar Phase-4, Sector -18, Gurugram • Working Days- Monday to Saturday Sales Manager - B2B (Agri Input Sales) This is a leadership role responsible for driving B2B sales of agricultural inputs. The manager will lead a team to build a strong distribution network and achieve revenue targets by selling to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), large farms, and channel partners. Key Result Areas (KRAs)- • Sales Revenue & Target Achievement- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. • Channel Network Expansion- Identify, appoint, and manage a network of distributors and dealers, increasing the channel partner base by a target percentage quarterly. • Team Performance Management- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure they achieve their individual targets. A key metric is the overall team productivity and target attainment rate. • Market Penetration & Growth- Increase market share by acquiring new key accounts (FPOs, corporate farms) and ensuring deep penetration across the territory. • Payment Collection- Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners and clients to maintain a healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ratio. Required Profile- • Education- A B.Sc. in Agriculture is strongly preferred. An MBA in Agribusiness Management (ABM) is a significant advantage. • Experienceo 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the agri-input sector (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or ag-tech). o Must have a successful track record of managing a sales team and a distribution channel. o Deep existing network and relationships with FPOs, distributors, and key agricultural stakeholders in the region. • Skills & Competencieso Strong technical knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices. o Excellent negotiation, communication, and channel management skills. o Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
