Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Material Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, vendor development, and purchase operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, negotiation, and VOI (Verification of Invoices), along with experience in handling industrial material purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure timely supply of quality materials.

 Conduct vendor negotiations for pricing, contracts, and credit terms.

 Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.

 Handle VOI (Verification of Invoices) and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.

 Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as per production requirements.

 Ensure timely delivery of materials without affecting production schedules.

 Conduct market research for alternative vendors and cost-saving opportunities.

 Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications.

 Prepare purchase orders, maintain documentation, and generate periodic procurement reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.

 Hands-on experience in VOI (Verification of Invoices).

 Good negotiation and communication skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
