Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and complaints via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats, social media) channels
2. Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently
3. Maintain customer records and update databases using basic computer tools
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
5. Uphold brand values and ensure a delightful customer experience

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
2. Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related field
3. Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
4. Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
5. Technical Skills:Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving ability
