 Sales & Counselling  Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.  Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.  Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.  Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.  Achieve individual sales targets consistently.  Team Support  Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.  Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.  Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.
