Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing care to patients at home as per doctor’s instructions and treatment plan.
2. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
3. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids.
4. Perform wound dressing, catheterization, tracheostomy care, nebulization, and other clinical procedures as required.
5. Support patients with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and daily activities when needed.
6. Handle post-operative and post-hospitalization care.
7. Educate family members about patient care, medication schedules, and lifestyle modifications.
8. Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient health records.
9. Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times.
10. Respond quickly and appropriately during medical emergencies.
