Job Description: Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy) Position: Full Stack Engineer Experience: 6+ years Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 3 days/week) Employment Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Budget: ₹35 – 40 LPA Technical Skills  Backend (Primary Focus): o Strong hands-on expertise in Python. o Proven experience in building microservices architecture. o Skilled in developing and scaling RESTful APIs, async jobs, background schedulers, and data pipelines for high-volume systems. o Deep understanding of API design, rate limiting, secure authentication (OAuth2), and related best practices.  Databases: o Expertise in creating and optimizing SQL and NoSQL data models. o Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse.  Frontend (Secondary): o Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Soft Skills  Strong communication skills – ability to interact with clients independently with clarity and confidence.  Self-driven with minimal need for supervision.  Demonstrates ownership mindset – willing to take responsibility and extend efforts when required to meet deadlines.
