Position : EMS Lead (Google Workspace) Application Admin Lead – Employee Messaging & Service

Job Description: Manages enterprise messaging platforms and internal broadcast tools. Leads transitions, ensures compliance, and coordinates platform enhancements. Tools: Google Workspace, M365, Staff base, Twilio, SendGrid Key Responsibilities:  Lead transitions, KT, and policy enforcement for messaging tools.  Administer calendar/email configurations, aliases, and directories.  Oversee Staff base content workflows and API integrations.  Manage SendGrid and Twilio-based messaging systems.  Ensure platform compliance, audit readiness, and policy documentation.  Maintain SLAs, runbooks, and support SOPs.  Coordinate escalations with vendors and internal IT. Qualifications (Enriched):  5+ years of experience administering enterprise communication platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.  In-depth understanding of Gmail/Outlook admin controls, security settings, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and MDM enforcement.  Skilled in managing shared drives, group policies, retention policies, delegated access, calendar federation, and hybrid setup support.  Experience administering internal broadcast tools such as Staff base, with editorial workflows, audience segmentation, publishing governance, and analytics dashboards.  Proficient in Twilio/SendGrid API-based email and SMS communication configuration, permission scoping, and event/webhook monitoring.  Knowledge of compliance operations: legal holds, audit trails, SOC2/ISO/ITGC reporting requirements.  Ability to write and maintain robust SOPs, escalation matrices, KB articles, and onboarding manuals.  Proven ability to lead incident resolution across multi-vendor setups and document RCAs for broadcast/email failures.
