Job Title:– Life Insurance Representative

CTC Range:** ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum + Performance Incentives (Hike on Current salary)

Employment Type:** Full-time

Candidate Criteria:

Age: 24 – 45 years

Education:** Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years** of field sales experience in Life Insurance only**

Must have received **incentives in the last financial year (proof required)

Should have achieved at least one promotion in the last 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify, approach, and acquire new customers through **field visits and market mapping**

* Promote and sell life insurance products to individuals and businesses

* Conduct need analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies

* Meet assigned **monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets**

* Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and local area marketing

* Build long-term customer relationships for cross-selling and policy renewals

* Maintain daily field activity reports and update CRM systems regularly

* Stay updated on product offerings, competition, and market developments

Required Skills:

* Proven success in **field sales (Life Insurance mandatory)**

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Self-driven with ability to work independently in the field

* Target and result-oriented attitude

* Familiarity with local geography and customer base

* Basic computer knowledge (for reporting and CRM)
